We see intensity in her gaze; also notice the tongue jut or pacifying lip lick- if it is a tongue jut she knows she is pushing the "relationship" between judge and player and is getting away with this brief expression of dissatisfaction; if it is a lick lip is her way of attempting to give herself some comfort in a trying situation.
Also notice the angle of her face as compared to the angle of her gaze; when you are seeing a high intensity emotion and the angles are different it should be noted. It can signal dominant/submissiveness and/or willingness to fight/flight...◦
