Andrea Clampitt is absolutely enjoying the attention she is receiving. She speaks in large generalities which is a tip off of making up a story, which would contain details. And she is "throwing the baby out with the bathwater" and taking the high ground. There are double negatives, and distancing language towards her kids- who after all were the victim.

To clarify, true stories usually contain details.

Plus there is a issue which how much time is spent talking about the incident. It is off from a statement analysis standpoint.

Weird how she checked the candy last night, but then found it the next day. This is giving herself an out if later accused of providing a false statement.
