Good Fear

A massive snow storm hits the Washington Area

Fear is always a good thing, it is what causes it that can be bad.

Fear is our bodies natural reaction to external threats, the body automatically places us on alert. Our eyes widen to take as much in as possible. Our muscles tighten to brace for possible attack. Chemicals in our body are released, including adrenaline, to help us react.

Then it all can change...
