If you see this, you are looking at a person at ease with you (enough to let her guard down) and she is obviously enjoying herself.
We'd never throw our head back, exposing our necks, unless we felt safe.
She also is closing her eyes which supports the idea she is comfortable.
Now we do not see a real smile here!?!?! There are no lines on the outside of her eyes... Botox possibly... or a model posing of a photograph possibly...◦
